It's been a while since my last journal, as is normal for me. As usual, I have no idea where to start and my usual ramblings will follow under a title that has little to do with the contents of the journal. But I do such things because I can.

Life in Echuca goes on much as it has these past weeks, full of its on and off frustrations and change is slow in coming if it comes at all. My endeavors in finding work have been largely in vain and I've exhausted my specialty areas already. There are few things more frustrating than knowing that the world you want to get into is too full already; often by people that, in your view at least, don't deserve the positions they hold. So now I'm scraping the bottom of the monkey and money barrel.

As I sit here typing, I wonder whether I have anything unique that I can offer the world. Whether its music, literature, acting. I get the feeling that it's either already been done or my mind creates things that are too far out for me to get anywhere with them.

Night dawns
Closed eyes open
Light banished
Feet blindly stumble

I'm stuck on the chair that's just about to fall over. And I don't know if I can catch myself, even at the last second.
